Wright Property Management has been serving Outer Banks Property Owners and residents since 1984 with prompt and professional service. Tina Tice has been employed as the Property Manager at Wright Property Management since May of 1984 and also is the President of Jart, Inc. She is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate Broker, as is her Assistant Manager who is her sister Romona. This is a family owned business that manages 125 Outer Banks rental cottages and condominiums from the South end of Duck to South Nags Head. The fact that we are half the size of the larger firms on the Outer Banks is an asset to our company because we can provide more personal services to our owners and tenants while having intimate knowledge of all of our Outer Banks rental properties.

Tina has served as the founding member of the National Association of Realtors in the Property Management Section as well as has been the Chairman of the Property Management Committee of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. She currently serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Kitty Hawk Planning Board and was formerly the President of the Kitty Hawk Citizens Association.
